I'm Lance, a product manager and AI strategist. In every team I've been on, I become the same thing: the person who builds the solution instead of waiting for one, the one who finds an unorthodox fix for the problem everyone else works around.

At Accenture, I led product and program operations and built the AI tools to run them: a risk monitor, a vendor-intelligence tool, and automation reaching hundreds of people across nearly twenty teams. I don't hand off the building, I ship production tools on the Claude API myself.

I've taken my own products from first line of code to live users. Spont and TheOfficedle are both live today. My foundation is in management information systems, but the throughline has always been the same: I build systems that do the work, and I've got the products to prove it. And when I'm not building, I'm usually behind a camera at a show or hitting pickleballs into the Hudson River!
